As a
Finance Business Partner
, you'll join a collaborative, proactive and forward-thinking team. Together, we drive the financial agenda within the Issuer Services business unit and support with financial insights and sparring. We are a key part of decision making and strive to proactively challenge status quo and drive the business forward into the future

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Provide strategic financial insights and support to guide business decisions and align them with the company's financial goals
- Evaluate revenue streams and pricing strategies to maximize income and market competitiveness
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the business is meeting its financial targets (i.e. volumes, sales, cash)
- Work closely with various departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to ensure financial alignment and support cross-functional initiatives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and actionable insights
- Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial health
- Offer financial expertise for specific projects, such as new product launches or market expansions, to ensure financial viability and success

Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant financial education and minimum 2-3 years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis and business partnering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Solid understanding finance processes including budgeting, forecasting and controlling
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Product and IT)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create trust and influence decision-making at various organisational levels with courage and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial insights and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and organisational levels
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with SAP 4/HANA and Targetik
