Descrizione del ruolo

Stiamo cercando un/una Luxury travel designer per il nostro team con sede di lavoro a Roma. In questo ruolo in presenza, avrai il compito di creare itinerari personalizzati per i nostri clienti di alto profilo. Ti occuperai della gestione delle richieste dei clienti, proponendo soluzioni su misura che pienamente soddisfino le loro aspettative. Sarà fondamentale collaborare con fornitori di servizi esclusivi e assicurare un'assistenza clienti di altissimo livello.

Qualifiche:

  • Conoscenza avanzata dell'inglese
  • Esperienza nella pianificazione di viaggi e nella gestione delle relative prenotazioni per garantire un'organizzazione impeccabile.
  • Attenzione ai dettagli, creatività nella ricerca delle soluzioni migliori
  • Disponibilità a lavorare anche il sabato ove richiesto, anche con poco preavviso, per esigenze lavorative
