About this roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Specialist, Italy to join our team in Milan. This role is critical to shaping and executing our local B2C and B2B marketing strategy. You will leverage customer and partner insights to build strategic partnerships and craft engaging campaigns that drive business growth and JET brand visibility in the dynamic Italian market. We focus on a customer-centric approach, teamwork, and our core values of lead, deliver, and care to achieve excellence.
Location: Milan Office (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing Italy
These are some of the key components to the position:- Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to develop and execute the local marketing campaigns and calendar, aligning them with both global and Italian business objectives.
- Translate customer and partner insights into effective, relevant initiatives to drive high relevance and market growth.
- Work with cross-channel partners to plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel 360 initiatives.
- Oversee multi-channel creative development, briefing media and creative agencies, and managing campaign execution.
- Manage campaign reporting, analyse results, and monitor local budget/spending to build effective future strategies.
- Act as a key business partner locally and globally, helping deliver effective and sustainable B2C and B2B commercial strategies.
- Proven ability to run successful, insight-led marketing campaigns across the full mix (TV, OOH, PR, social, digital, CRM, in-app) , ideally in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment.
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills built on respect for success.
- A results-driven mindset, comfortable with change, and the ability to execute quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Strong commercial understanding, analytical, and problem-solving skills to inform and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Self-starter attitude with a positive work ethic, happy to give and receive feedback.
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
