: aperto a febbraio 2025,

situato in zona Piazza Cinque Giornate Il NEMI Hotel Milano è un piccolo gioiello 5 stelle,

dove lifestyle design arte e ospitalità si fondono perfettamente tra loro per offrire un' esperienza di soggiorno unica.

Puglia Opening 2027

: Si tratta di un'antica Masseria nella zona di Bari già operativa lato eventi, Opera Hotels sta sistemando la parte camere per essere pronti a partire la prossima stagione.

Il nostro obiettivo è ridefinire l'esperienza di ospitalità di lusso con un approccio innovativo, attento al dettaglio e fortemente orientato a valorizzar l'identità di ciascuna struttura.

TIROCINIO AREA FRONT OFFICE & GUEST RELATIONS - NEMI HOTEL MILANO

Per completare il nostro team di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un TIROCINANTE Area Front Office & Guest Relations

LA risorsa affiancherà e supporterà il Front Office Manager ed il team  acquisendo via via maggiore autonomia operativa nella gestione delle seguenti attività:

·      gestione delle operazioni di check-in e check-out della clientela;

·      funzionamento del tabloid camere e di accettazione delle prenotazioni; sistemi di booking;

·      adempimenti amministrativi in fase di arrivo, soggiorno e partenza della clientela, con particolare riferimento alle norme di P.S. ed alla privacy;

·      rooming in ;

·      uso e funzionalità del centralino;

·      supporto alla Segreteria e assistenza di direzione; informazioni alla clientela su punti di interesse e luoghi di attrattiva locali.

Requisiti Richiesti:

Eccellenti doti relazionali, di problem solving, attenzione e cura del dettaglio, ascolto attivo, teamwork, proattività e forte tensione alla vendita.

Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese e di una seconda lingua straniera come il Tedesco che costituisce un plus.

gradita esperienza anche minima in ruoli affini;
