We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Accounts Payable team. The intern will support the team's daily activities, with a specific focus on managing company assets. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to strategic projects related to process optimization.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Actively collaborate with the team in the analysis and implementation of solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and simplification of asset management flows.
  • Provide support in extraordinary activities related to migration or incorporation operations of Group companies, with particular attention to the impacts on assets.
  • Assist the team in the ordinary activities of Accounts Payable and in the daily management of assets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and reporting for the effective monitoring of activities related to assets.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Degree (or ongoing studies) in economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or similar disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Macros), Python, and SharePoint is a preferential qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
