We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join our Buccellati team.

The resource will be responsible for providing support in various HR areas, with a focus on both administrative activities and recruitment. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, possesses a solid knowledge of the English language and Excel, and is preferably accustomed to using HR systems such as Zucchetti, SAP and/or Workday.

Key Responsibilities- Administrative Activities (50% of time):

  • Management of employee-related documentation (contracts, attendance, permits, etc.).
  • Support in the preparation of pay slips and in the management of tax and social security obligations.
  • Updating HR databases and company information systems.
  • Support in the onboarding of new hires.

  • Recruitment (50% of time):

  • Management of the recruitment process, from publishing advertisements to selecting candidates.

  • Screening of curricula and conducting interviews.
  • Management of relationships with recruiting companies and employment agencies.
  • Monitoring of recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Mandatory knowledge of the English language (B2 level or higher).
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Preferable knowledge of Zucchetti, SAP and/or Workday.
  • Degree in humanities, economics or law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage stress.
  • Precision, reliability and confidentiality.

Nice To Have

  • Master's degree or specialization courses in HR.
  • Knowledge of the luxury sector.
