This Position reports to:

Supply Quality Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment.

Work model for the role is: - Onsite

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Designing Quality tools to perform incoming inspections and defining quality requirements, quality gates, the process control plan and quality procedures while being responsible for quality trainings.
• Supporting the definition and implementation of actions to improve safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity in the value chain, to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability in a safe working environment within the local business.
• Leading quality operation on a specific product family: continuous improvement both on process and product, coordinating quality activities in production focused on achieving business target within quality.
• Managing non-conformity issues: cooperating closely with other business functions and leading RCA according to DMAIC approach.

Qualifications For The Role

• Possess an enhanced knowledge of Statistical Analysis and statistical software (i.e. Minitab). Knowledge of lean six sigma methodology will be considered a plus.
• You are innovative around Willingness to express your full potential bringing-in your value added, ideas and passion to continuously innovate daily job and solution. Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
