Posizione:

RE:LAB is looking for a professional with strong expertise in ergonomics and human factors to lead complex research and development projects in industrial and technological domains.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage projects focused on ergonomics, user experience, and human–technology interaction, ensuring quality, timelines, and results;
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and liaise with industrial and research partners;
  • Define and monitor objectives, resources, and project deliverables;
  • Contribute to the methodological and strategic development of applied research in human factors.
Requisiti:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Design, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Science, or related disciplines;
  • Advanced expertise in ergonomics and human factors, with experience in the design and evaluation of interactive systems;
  • Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in managing complex or multidisciplinary projects;
  • Knowledge of the automotive market (preferred) or experience in the medical field;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Team-oriented mindset, initiative, and strong communication skills with technical and research stakeholders.
Altre informazioni:
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Location: On-site work in Reggio Emilia
