This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.What is your day to day?• Represent the facilities management function on site and serve as a point of contact for the client for all inquiries • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the rest of the Facility Management Team and the client • Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client • Assist with the development and management of the facilities budgets for the buildings and grounds in your scope, by interfacing closely with the client representative • Manage the delivery of the facility services (both hard and soft) through in-house or outsourced teams • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, communications and needs of corporate tenant areas • Regularly review performance of internal and outsourced teams through KPI management and governanceDesired experience and technical skillsRequired • Minimum of 6 years industry experience in either the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staff • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint • Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary • Critical environment/lab experiencePreferred • Bachelor's Degree and experience in Facility Management or equivalent • Knowledge of life sciences industry, office and/or manufacturing facilities • Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions Cosa comporta questo ruoloIl/La Facilities Manager sarà il punto di contatto unico sul sito responsabile della gestione delle facilities, assistendo il/la Senior Facilities Manager o Regional Manager nella fornitura di servizi di facility management di qualità.
