About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Restaurant Waiter/Waitress to join our dining team.
You will deliver attentive, personalized, and high-standard service to an international clientele, ensuring a smooth flow of operations throughout the day.

Your responsibilities include taking orders, guiding guests through our culinary offering, coordinating with runners and bartenders, supporting set-up and closing procedures, and maintaining a luxury service pace aligned with Nikki Beach global standards.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in high-end environments, enjoy guest interaction, and are committed to excellence in every detail.

Prerequisites

  • Strong professionalism and refined approach to luxury service

  • Ability to create authentic connections with high-end international guests

  • Previous experience in luxury restaurants, 5-star hotels, fine dining, beach clubs, or upscale hospitality venues (preferred)

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment

  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus

  • Must have the right to work in Italy full-time (we do not sponsor visas)

  • Personal transportation is preferred due to the location
