Environment & Safety Specialist
IL RUOLO:
- Gestione documentale e conformità (Piano Monitoraggio AIA, verifiche fornitori).
- Controllo emissioni e sistemi di abbattimento; aggiornamento Piano Gestione Solventi.
- Gestione rifiuti e sostanze pericolose (classificazione, omologhe, dismantling, rapporti con smaltitori).
- Monitoraggio KPI ambientali e gestione verifiche/manutenzioni periodiche.
- Audit interni/esterni, gestione non conformità e CAPA, supporto al miglioramento continuo.
- Supervisione operativa di attività specialistiche e servizi in outsourcing.
- Supporto ESG (raccolta dati, rendicontazione, piattaforme, richieste clienti/fornitori, mappatura rischi, audit).
REQUISITI:
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Tecniche della Prevenzione, Scienze Ambientali o equivalenti.
- Conoscenza normativa ambientale (AIA, Emissioni, Scarichi, Rifiuti).
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di abbattimento (scrubber, carboni attivi, ecc.).
- Conoscenza MUD, E-PRTR, AIDA, classificazione rifiuti.
- Padronanza strumenti informatici, in particolare Excel e sistemi gestionali.
- Familiarità con principi base di sostenibilità ed ESG
- Capacità di gestione dati per piattaforme ESG (es. EcoVadis) e per audit esterni.
- Capacità organizzative e di problem solving
- Ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine alla precisione
