Purpose of the position
As Global Mobility and Immigration intern you will join our Department in the Human Resources Direction and will especially focus on a strategic Project for HR Function which aims at the adoption, on a global level, of the same expatriation package for all the entities and employees with a particular focus on local compliance.

How can you support us?

• Analysing of Saipem expatriation Criteria and Standard;
• Contacting with all Saipem entities who expatriate employees to understand local needs and regulation (GPS, Saipem Ltd, Saipem India, Saipem do Brasil among the others);
• Performing actions on local compliance which might arise in specific countries or areas;
• Researching and update of legislation related to tax, labour law, social security and immigration with respect to Global Mobility
• Guaranteeing Immigration compliance to inbounds in Italy, and other related topics

What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in Management / Human Resources

Languages:
Fluency in English (B2/C1)

Technical Knowledge:
Microsoft Office

Soft skills:
Capacity of seeing the big picture / accuracy / consistency

Nice to have:
Passion for international mobility topics, curiosity
