Descrizione del ruolo
Cerchiamo un Executive chef altamente motivato per guidare la cucina del nostro ristorante presso Hotel Caparena, con sede di lavoro a Taormina. In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in sede, sarai responsabile della pianificazione, preparazione e supervisione di tutti i piatti, garantendo la massima qualità e rispettando gli standard di igiene e sicurezza alimentare. Coordinerai il team di cucina, pianificherai i menu, gestirai gli approvvigionamenti e controllerai i costi per garantire un'operazione efficiente. Superviserai e garantirai la formazione del personale affinché mantenga l'eccellenza culinaria.
Qualifiche
- Esperienza comprovata in tecniche culinarie avanzate e conoscenza nella gestione di una cucina professionale.
- Competenze nella pianificazione del menu, conoscenze nella creazione di piatti innovativi e preparazione dei cibi, con particolare attenzione ai dettagli e alla presentazione.
- Capacità di gestione del personale, con abilità nel motivare il team e mantenere un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo.
- Esperienza nella gestione dei costi, nella pianificazione del budget e nell'ottimizzazione delle forniture alimentari ed economiche.
- Forti competenze organizzative e ottima capacità di gestione del tempo, insieme a una profonda conoscenza delle normative di igiene e sicurezza alimentare.
- Conoscenza delle tradizioni e dei sapori locali sarà considerata un valore aggiunto, così come un approccio innovativo e creativo alla cucina.
