What you'll do:

• You will join the team of IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture reporting directly to IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture Director;
• You will take on a pivotal leadership role as an Enterprise Architect, driving and optimizing our company's IT architecture to ensure that technological solutions not only align with but actively propel our business objectives forward. You will also be responsible for leading and managing the team, building on your strategic and technical responsibilities to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and alignment with organizational goals. In this role, you will:
• Ensure that enterprise architecture (EA) is well integrated with and respected by peer organizations such as lines of business (LOBs), software development, and IT operations.
• Establish and develop EA processes, including program/project review, critical systems review (application health assessment), and technology lifecycle management.
• Promote a vision of EA that encompasses the entire organization, focusing on standardizing and evolving its structure, operating model, governance, business processes, value streams, data, information, and supporting technologies.
• Act as a consultative and problem-solving resource across business and IT domains.
• Advise key stakeholders and senior management on technology portfolio priorities.
• Define and develop the enterprise architecture in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design integrated and innovative solutions.
• Evaluate and select emerging technologies to maintain the company's competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices to drive consistency and excellence.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture;
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ;
• Expertise in architectural frameworks like TOGAF, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent project management skills. You excel in communication, teamwork, and navigating complex organizational structures to influence stakeholders. With experience in people management, budgeting, and leading development teams, you stay ahead of technological trends and industry best practices. Your ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and all organizational levels sets you apart, and business intelligence expertise is a valued bonus;
• Previous experience in complex and dynamic environments ;
• Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF);
• Fluency in both English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
