Within a chemical-pharmaceutical company, the EHS Advisor supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems and practices related to employee health & safety and environmental protection, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and corporate standards. Place of work: Milan.

Key Responsibilities

• Garantire il rispetto delle normative ambientali, di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08, REACH, CLP, ecc.)
• Supportare la valutazione dei rischi e l'elaborazione dei documenti di valutazione
• Collaborare alla gestione delle emergenze e delle simulazioni periodiche
• Gestire e monitorare i KPI EHS, redigere report e analisi di performance
• Supportare audit interni ed esterni (es. AIFA, FDA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Promuovere una cultura EHS attraverso attività di formazione, comunicazione e sensibilizzazione
• Partecipare alla gestione dei rifiuti, delle emissioni e delle autorizzazioni ambientali
• Analizzare incidenti, quasi incidenti e non conformità, proponendo azioni correttive/preventive
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety laws and regulations (e.g., REACH, CLP, D.Lgs. 81/08)
• Support risk assessments and safety documentation
• Contribute to emergency response plans and conduct regular drills
• Manage and monitor EHS KPIs, prepare reports and performance analyses
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., AIFA, FDA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Promote EHS awareness through training, communication, and engagement initiatives
• Assist in waste management, emissions control, and environmental permitting
• Investigate incidents, near misses and non-conformities, suggesting corrective/preventive actions

Required Education

• Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Chimica, Tecniche della Prevenzione o discipline affini
• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Health & Safety, or related fields

Required Skills And Experience

• Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in un ruolo analogo, preferibilmente in contesto chimico o farmaceutico
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in chemical/pharmaceutical industries

Technical Competencies

• Conoscenza delle normative EHS italiane ed europee

Costituiscono Un Plus

• Qualifica di Addetto ai Servizi di Prevenzione e Protezione (ASPP);
• Conoscenza degli standard UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI ISO 45001:2018
• Good knowledge of Italian and EU EHS regulations

The Following Are Considered a Plus

• Qualification as a Prevention and Protection Services Officer (ASPP);
• Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2018 standards.
