To further strengthen our position in Italy, we are looking for a
Territory Manager
to cover our territory in
Central Italy
(Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo)
.

The Opportunity:

As Territory Manager you offer solutions to your prospects and customers for selling used equipment, trucks, and other assets A trusted advisory is key in your sales methodology. You use our data on demand, pricing and various markets to have an edge in your sales process. Together with the client, you determine the best strategy for the liquidation of their assets, which can be through an auction, Marketplace-E or a listing. You will continuously work to improve your equipment expertise to strengthen your position as a market expert. On top of that you will build personal and professional relationships with your clients to secure future contracts.

You will be accountable for:

  • Selling multi-channel solutions within the assigned territory
  • Identify geographic areas and sectors that are areas of opportunity
  • Grow sales with new business
  • Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
  • Building, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basis
  • Ensuring proper execution of sale through coordination with "Win Team" to fully service accounts including: sales support, operations, administrative, valuations and field marketing.

  • Knowledge of or experience with various construction, transportation or industrial (related) equipment / vehicles
  • Extensive experience in outside sales
  • Professional level English and Italian
  • Advanced MS Office skills, (familiarity with CRM systems/ Salesforce, is preferred)
  • Proven consistent track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets

It's important to note that:

  • You are able to travel 2-3 nights a week to cover the territory (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo)
  • Applicants must possess a mandatory residence in Central Italy (Lazio, Umbria, Toscana, Abruzzo) to be considered for this position.
