- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce objects and how they interrelate.
- Advanced business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process optimisation.
- Proven experience interacting with multiple CRM systems and ensuring their interoperability.
- Experience with CRM and campaign platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or SAS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the system.
- Fluent English (C1 – C2).
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce CRM Manager to join our Growth team and support our growing business in setting up and shaping the right processes in our CRM.
Your Mission- Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning and integration of three systems: calling platform, Salesforce, sales app.
- Maintain end-to-end data flow within the CRM ecosystem.
- Create and manage lists and attributes within the system.
- Reassign tasks to sales teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Execute small-scale developments and enhancements.
- Establish API connections with third-party tools for seamless integration.
- Oversee and maintain the strategic setup of all Salesforce settings.
- Collaborate with Sales teams and Direct Sales Leads to improve efficiency.
- Support the launch of Braze campaigns and other marketing initiatives, connected to SalesForce.
