Your opportunity

Be part of the Industrial Engineering Team supporting the management of testing procedures for equipment, including the development of testing tools to ensure quality, project targets achievement, efficiency and manufacturing productivity.

Your Mission

  • Manage Industrial Engineering activities in terms of testing procedures for Filler equipment.
  • Define standard work, check list and Gantt of equipment testing activities.
  • Participate to Product Development program leading strategic solutions optimizing quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness on final product.
  • Develop testing tools based on equipment and automation evolution to ensure business continuity and competitiveness.
  • Lead full-cycle industrial automation projects including PLC (Siemens, B&R) software development, electrical system design (EPLAN), and Digital Twin integration for testing, validation, and production optimization.
  • Support Supply Chain on World Class Manufacturing and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Apply Lean&Six Sigma best practice to analyze data, investigate root cause for production processes variability, plan and execute actions involving inter-functional team.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, quality assurance, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key internal functions Innovation, Engineering, Customer Project Manager and Production leading strategic project on equipment testing.
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver automation and digitalization projects within defined scope, schedule and budget.

Your Profile

Education

  • Master Degree in Engineering (Automation or Electrical engineering) or similar.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook.
  • VB, Phyton, C++, Java, SQlite.
  • Tia Portal, B&R Automation Studio, EPLAN P8.
  • PowerBI is a plus.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
  • French is a plus

Required Experience And Skills

  • Proved experience in testing activities for industrial equipment.
  • Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma tools and methodology.
  • Knowledge of PLC automation, electrical diagram design.
  • Artificial Intelligence in production environment is a plus.
  • Experience in development of Robot/Cobot applications is a plus.
  • Leadership and communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and with all functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams.
  • Project management attitude.
  • Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and determined.
  • Availability to travel.
