Head of Paid Media
con una forte visione strategica e una solida esperienza nel performance marketing per guidare, scalare e ottimizzare tutte le attività di paid media, con piena responsabilità sui risultati di crescita e di business.

Questo è un
ruolo di leadership senior
, pensato per professionisti orientati ai dati, con esperienza nella gestione di grandi budget pubblicitari e nella guida di team ad alte prestazioni.

Responsabilità

  • Definire e guidare la
    strategia Paid Media
    su tutti i principali canali (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search, Display, Video e altre piattaforme di performance).
  • Assumere la piena responsabilità di
    performance, crescita e ROI
    delle attività di acquisizione a pagamento.
  • Pianificare, allocare e scalare
    budget pubblicitari di grandi dimensioni
    , garantendo efficienza e redditività.
  • Progettare e ottimizzare strategie
    full-funnel
    , dall'acquisition alla conversione, fino al remarketing e alla retention.
  • Analizzare i dati di performance a livello strategico e trasformare gli insight in iniziative di crescita scalabili.
  • Costruire, guidare e sviluppare team di Paid Media e Performance Marketing ad alte prestazioni.
  • Collaborare strettamente con i team Creative, Product, Tech e Data per ottimizzare l'intero ecosistema di crescita.
  • Definire KPI, framework di reporting, processi di test e best practice per le attività di paid media.
  • Supervisionare attribution, tracking e sistemi di misurazione per garantire decisioni basate su dati affidabili.

Requisiti

  • Oltre
    5 anni di esperienza
    in ruoli di Paid Media, Performance Marketing o Growth a livello senior.
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione e nello scaling di
    grandi budget pubblicitari
    con impatto diretto sul business.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di strategie di bidding, dinamiche d'asta, attribution e conversion optimization.
  • Mentalità fortemente data-driven con eccellenti capacità decisionali strategiche.
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership, comunicazione e gestione del team.
  • Esperienza in contesti di agenzia o nella gestione di campagne multi-mercato è considerata un plus.
