Siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa Junior da inserire come tirocinante nel team di customer care per una multinazionale di Legnano. Se sei all'inizio del tuo percorso professionale e desideri crescere in un ambiente stimolante, questa potrebbe essere l'opportunita giusta per teDopo un periodo di formazione strutturata, ti occuperai di fornire supporto ai clienti, rispondendo alle loro richieste via telefono e email, sarai il punto di riferimento per questioni legate alla gestione degli ordini e alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche, garantendo un servizio sempre attento e professionale. Avrai modo di imparare a gestire i database aziendali, aggiornare informazioni sui clienti e monitorare le fasi di avanzamento degli ordini, contribuendo attivamente al successo del team.Cosa cerchiamo in te:- Hai una laurea triennale e una gran voglia di mettere in pratica le tue conoscenze.- Sei a tuo agio con strumenti come Excel, Word e Outlook e, se conosci anche un po' di ERP (LN/SAP), e' un punto in piu- Parli e scrivi fluentemente in italiano e inglese; la conoscenza di una terza lingua sara un bonus apprezzato.- Hai una spiccata capacita di lavorare in team e di relazionarti con persone provenienti da diverse culture.- Sei organizzato, preciso e hai un'ottima attenzione ai dettagli.- Ti piace metterti in gioco e sei motivato a imparare e crescere professionalmente.Ti offriamo un ambiente di lavoro giovane e dinamico, dove potrai sviluppare le tue competenze e crescere insieme a noi. 40 ore settimanali dal lunedi al venerdi.Se pensi di essere la persona giusta per questa posizione, non vediamo l'ora di conoscerti Lingue conosciute: Inglese: Comprensione Ottimo Disponibilita oraria: Full Time Patente: B
