Cespira is a joint venture between Volvo Group and Westport Fuel Systems, dedicated to advancing sustainable transportation solutions. Position Overview 
The   Project Manager is a key driver of product and technology development,   ensuring seamless coordination and execution across the cross-functional Product   teams. Throughout the product lifecycle, the Project Manager maintains   accountability for meeting critical deadlines, managing dependencies, and   facilitating communication between the Product team members. During product development,   they oversee the execution of Cespira's Product Development Process (CPDP) to   ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. In production, they take ownership   of product change requests, managing them from initiation through successful   implementation to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. 
Requirements
  • BS in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Understanding of APQP preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in an engineering environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years experience in project management, PMP certification (or equivalent) an asset.
  • Experience developing products and launching into a production environment.
  • Have proactive planning capabilities along with creative, solutions-oriented approaches to problem solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Proactive leader with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to summarize in a simple way to a wide audience.
