MISSIONE PRINCIPALE E SFIDE DEL DIPARTIMENTO E DELLA POSIZIONEIl CRM Specialist supporta operativamente le attività svolte dal CRM Coordinator, affianca il proprio responsabile nell'implementazione e gestione dei nuovi strumenti CRM della filiale in ottica omnichannel.Lavora attivamente per lo sviluppo delle campagne Digital & CRM.Supporta il CRM Coordinator nella creazione di piani strategici per raggiungere gli obiettivi di business del Gruppo.Responsabile gerarchico:CRM CoordinatorRiporto funzionale:DIGITAL MANAGERRUOLO E AREA DI RESPONSABILITÀGestione attività CRM online e offline in relazione al piano marketing e al piano commerciale con coordinamento delle agenzie esterne;Gestione del piano marketing CRM con l'obiettivo di ottimizzare la crescita, la redditività, la fedeltà e il ciclo di vita del cliente;Gestione attività loyalty legate al programma fedeltà;Monitoraggio campagne CRM e analisi del database;Gestione e attivazione di campagne lead acquisition;Gestione del piano triggers attraverso campagne mirate quali: welcome, birthday, prospecting, retention, anti-churn e reactivation;Supporto nei progetti internazionali e locali.PROFILO DEL CANDIDATOFormazione/ Laurea:Laurea in marketing, economia, statisticaBackground che include anni totali di esperienza:3-5 anni, esperienza nel settore CRMCompetenze tecniche:Esperienza nella definizione di piani strategici (gruppi target ecc.) e processi di automazione per attività CRM;Conoscenza normative GDPR relative al trattamento dati;Esperienza con tool di marketing automation (Adobe Campaign, ecc.) e piattaforme di analisi (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Clikview ecc.).Lingue:Inglese avanzatoFrancese nice to haveCompetenze trasversali e di leadership:Capacità organizzative;Capacità analitiche e quantitative;Attitudine a lavorare in team;Ottime capacità relazionali;Capacità di gestione dei cambiamenti e degli ostacoli;Flessibilità e dinamismo;Approccio creativo.
