OverviewJoin to apply for theHiring Pool EKG Instructor CWD *****role atFlorence-Darlington Technical College.2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for curriculum development and delivery of both theoretical and hands-on instruction, including supervision of clinical rotations, classroom management, and completion of administrative tasks such as reporting, syllabus creation, and lesson plan development.Oversee student progress, ensuring alignment with course/program learning outcomes.Prepare and maintain up-to-date course syllabi for all courses taught.Willingness to work within a flexible teaching schedule and at varied sites including distance learning format if needed.Ensure that courses are taught in accordance with established syllabus and recommend necessary instructional materials and laboratory/facilities equipment for course effectiveness.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:Associate\'s degree required.Must possess a current RN license, Registered EMT or Paramedic license, or be an experienced EKG technician with 3-5 years of experience directly in performing EKGs, including familiarity with various types of heart rhythms and conditions.Must have an active BLS certification.Previous instructional experience required.Applicant must submit current resume and proof of certification/licensure.Preferred Requirements:Associates Degree or higher preferred.5+ years working as a RN, Registered EMT or Paramedic, or an experienced EKG technician with experience directly in performing EKGs, including familiarity with various types of heart rhythms and conditions, preferably in a hospital, cardiac, or physicians\' office.Two or more years of instructional experience preferred.Certification/Licensure required.Supplemental InformationAnticipated Work Hours: Days and times may vary.How To ApplyPlease complete the State application to include current and previous work history and education.A resume may be attached, but not substituted for completing work history and education sections of the application.Please upload copies of all College transcripts with your application and resume.Florence-Darlington Technical College, P.O.
