Littelfuse is one of America's Best Mid-Sized Companies (Forbes) and has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois (Best Companies Group) for 11 consecutive years.With its global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, USA, Littelfuse is a leading, global manufacturer of electronic components serving more than 100,000 end customers across industrial, transportation, and electronics end markets.We have more than 17,000 employees with operations in 15 countries.From semiconductors to sensors... switches to fuses and more... we produce billions of electronic components that help our customers empower a sustainable, connected, and safer world.In ****, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.TheFinancial Accountant(Hybrid) is responsible for managing core financial processes for Littelfuse's Italian entity, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable, Intercompany transactions, and Financial Reporting.The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and close collaboration with internal departments, the shared service center, and international entities to ensure accurate financial data and timely reporting.Accounts PayableProcess and review supplier invoices (EU and Non-EU).Monitor open purchase orders, reconcile AP accruals, and manage AP letters of exemption.Resolve invoice and tax code discrepancies.Coordinate weekly payments and Intrastat monthly filings.Manage the local AP email inbox and provide backup support for invoice booking.IntercompanyReconcile intercompany balances and manage cash transfers.Support intercompany accounts payable reconciliations and month-end close.Communicate with other Littelfuse entities and the corporate treasury team.Financial Reporting & CompliancePrepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including accruals and statutory financial statements.Ensure SOX compliance and support internal and external audit requests.Maintain accurate control documentation and support internal control reviews.CollaborationWork closely with the shared service center, banks, employees, and management to resolve issues and maintain accurate records.About youDegree in a financial field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar).1+ years of experience in accounts payable, intercompany processes, and general ledger.Experience in manufacturing environments and reporting.Proficient in English (written and spoken).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.SAP experience is beneficial.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.Our Core Values – Respect, Customer Focus, Agility, Collaboration – support us in our mission to improve the safety, reliability, and performance of our customers' products that use electrical energy.We are an equal opportunity employer that takes pride in giving every associate the means and courage to make a difference – everywhere, every day.#J-*****-Ljbffr
