CNC Programmer at Westinghouse Electric CompanyLocation: Monfalcone, Italy.Hybrid work arrangement: up to 3 days onsite per week.Welcome to the future of nuclear energy.Westinghouse Electric Company is leading the field with expertise and innovation to shape the power of tomorrow.Innovation is in our DNA.We are creative, we think differently, and we reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote meaningful discussions about Safety Culture Behaviors.Read carefully the drawing and the tolerances applied to the machined surfaces, understand the fabrication cycle and all applicable procedures for the machining phase.Define the machining steps and the best positioning of the piece/component before the machine tool.Define the best machining strategy, with the appropriate tools needed to obtain the desired shape and surface finish.Prepare the CNC program for the selected machine using CAD/CAM software (Catia V5) and simulate the program using simulation software (Vericut).Additionally, prepare the digital Tool List with Tool Management Software (Zoller TMS).Collaborate with the entire engineering team to provide mechanical machining solutions that are feasible from the design phase.Work with the engineering team to assess any safety aspects for the pieces handling, and provide the proper related work instructions.QualificationsEngineering Graduate preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience as CNC programmer.English level: intermediate or B1.BenefitsAttractive remuneration.Peer-to-peer recognition program.Mobile working.Canteen.Performance bonus.Welfare plan.Employee Assistance Program: confidential counseling and resources for employees, eligible dependents, and household members.Learning and development opportunities.Community service events and team-building activities.You can learn more about Westinghouse by visiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer including Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.Seniority level: Entry level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Engineering and Information Technology.Industry: Utilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
