We are looking for someone who identifies with our values and wants to grow with us. Inxpect radar products are used for safety and anti-collision applications covering a wide variety of industries. Reporting to the Global Sales Director, your responsibilities are going to be: Supporting the Global Sales Director and the Executive Team in managing and growing the market in APAC, interfacing with both the distribution network and the Inxpect Sales Subsidiaries Growing sales through existing direct customer accounts while also developing new ones Becoming a sales and technical leader regarding machine safety for distributors and direct customers, providing commercial training as needed Manage Inxpect's participation to Trade Fairs in APAC. Requirements: At least three years experience as Sales Manager in industrial automation manufacturing companies or in industrial systems integration companies in APAC B.Sc. or equivalent degree Comfortable working directly with customers and distributors Willingness to travel Good written and spoken communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented Team player Fluent in English (written and verbal) What we offer: Training with professional support Comprehensive compensation package in line with the candidate experience Dynamic and performance-oriented environment Great company culture Company with high potential to become the market leader for innovative industrial sensors in safety technology Office location : Brescia, Italy.
