possible.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity ToPrioritize and track all open cases to ensure the required response and resolution times.Understand customer problems and document properly, forwarding remote teams as needed.Order spare parts when required and monitor punctual delivery.Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to receive orders in time if the intervention is not covered by a contract or guarantee.Coordinate appointments with customers in alignment with spare-parts delivery times and dispatching field service engineers (FSEs).Follow up on execution and ensure hand-offs are properly done without delays.Optimize the scheduling of FSEs to ensure fast response times, reduce travel times and assign employees according to their skills.Work closely with the service sales team to generate potential orders for service products, such as service contracts.Identify improvements and optimization areas with service teams to implement continuous improvement activities and projects to achieve agreed KPIs.Regularly review case documentation, identify deficiencies, discuss needs and potential improvements.Be responsible for all aspects of leadership (planning, supervision, development, evaluation).The Essential Requirements Of The Job IncludeDegree with a focus on Business administrationSeveral years of professional experience in customer service, customer support or back-office operationsA few years of experience in people managementFluent English.For Italy-based candidates: fluent Italian.Advanced French is a big plus.For France-based candidates: fluent French.Advanced Italian is a big plus.The ability to plan and organize, with a high level of activités d'après-vente et le soutien clé aux activités de service depuis le back-office, garantissant une prestation de service de haut niveau et contribuant à la santé du business service (revenus).Travaillant à tous les niveaux de l'entreprise, ce poste jouera également un rôle essentiel dans la croissance globale de l'activité au-delà du service.Cela nécessitera une collaboration étroite avec les équipes sur le terrain et dans toute l'organisation.Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités d'amélioration, tout en agissant comme agent du changement pour garantir la pérennité et l'efficacité des processus et du travail standardisé.Ce poste reporte au Service Manager Europe du Sud et fait partie de l'équipe Service Sud.Les bureaux principaux sont situés à Nanterre (Paris, France) ou Buccinasco (Milan LMS), et le rôle est entièrement en présentiel (5 jours/semaine).Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de: Prioriser et suivre tous les dossiers ouverts afin de garantir les délais de réponse et de résolution requis.Comprendre les problèmes clients, assurer une documentation adéquate et transmettre les informations aux équipes à distance.Commander les pièces détachées si nécessaire et suivre leur livraison ponctuelle.Établir des devis et assurer le suivi auprès des clients pour obtenir les commandes dans les délais lorsque l'intervention n'est pas couverte par un contrat ou une garantie.Coordonner les rendez-vous avec les clients en cohérence avec les délais de livraison des pièces détachées et le dispatching des FSE.Suivre l'exécution et garantir des passations fluides et sans retard dans votre périmètre.Optimiser la planification des FSE afin d'assurer des temps de réponse rapides, réduire les temps de déplacement et affecter les collaborateurs selon leurs compétences.Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale service pour générer des commandes potentielles pour les produits de service, tels que les contrats de service.Identifier les axes d'amélioration et d'optimisation en collaboration avec les équipes service afin de mettre en œuvre des activités et projets d'amélioration continue pour atteindre les KPI définis.Réaliser des revues régulières de la documentation des dossiers, identifier les lacunes, discuter des besoins et des potentiels d'amélioration dans votre périmètre.Être responsable de tous
