Schneider Electric as a global specialist in energy management and automation develops solutions and connected technologies to manage energy and processes safely, reliably, efficiently, and sustainably.Sustainability is at the core of our strategy.Environment, ethics, responsibility and social commitment are key pillars for us.We believe in intelligence, freedom, responsibility and trust.Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un/a Manufacturing Quality Assurance EngineerCerchiamo un Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer che avrà le seguenti responsabilità:Identificare costantemente i fattori di non qualità, condurre o coordinare analisi approfondite con altri dipartimenti e monitorare i piani di miglioramento della qualità.Risolvere rapidamente ed efficacemente le problematiche di qualità in ambito produttivo che impattano i clienti, attraverso azioni di contenimento, correzione e prevenzione.Effettuare audit e analizzare i risultati secondo i sistemi e i metodi di qualità definiti.Assicurare che prodotti e servizi rispettino i requisiti del cliente, guidando l'implementazione del miglioramento continuo della qualità, con un ruolo di coordinamento (gerarchico o funzionale) degli ingegneri di qualità in ambito produzione/logistica e, talvolta, dei team di controllo qualità.Essere responsabile della qualità di uno o più settori produttivi.Guidare le iniziative di miglioramento continuo sulle linee di produzione.Condurre analisi delle cause radice e attività di problem solving per le problematiche di qualità.Partecipare al Short Interval Management delle linee produttive.Creare e mantenere la documentazione di controllo qualità.Condurre Process Audit e analisi FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis).Fornire input e proporre sfide in ambito qualità per nuovi prodotti o evoluzioni di prodotto, valutando regolarmente l'esecuzione dei processi PEP e il corretto utilizzo degli strumenti.Laurea in Ingegneria.~2-3 anni di esperienza nel settore Qualità.~ Conoscenza operativa del pacchetto Microsoft Office.~ Conoscenza di strumenti, tecniche e modelli per il miglioramento della qualità.~ Competenze in tecniche e analisi statistiche di qualità.~ Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.~
