Mangia's Resorts, un prestigioso brand dell'ospitalità di Aeroviaggi S.p.A., incarna l'essenza dellaAutentica Vacanza Italiananel segmento upper-upscale.Con 17 strutture di proprietà tra Sicilia e Sardegna — tra cui 2 city hotel, 10 resort a quattro e cinque stelle e 5 club — Mangia's offre agli ospiti soggiorni immersivi e memorabili che celebrano il patrimonio italiano, la natura e lo stile di vita.A testimonianza del nostro impegno per l'eccellenza e il riconoscimento internazionale, due dei nostri resort appartengono alla prestigiosa Autograph Collection by Marriott, mentre uno fa parte della raffinata Curio Collection by Hilton.Job descriptionAs Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of the MICE market ( focuson Italy, France and Benelux ) by driving sales leads and increasing conversions:Responsibilities:Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.Analysis of local market trends and competitors and keep up to date with new market place trends to identify new business leads.Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs and strive to meet or exceed those expectations at all times.Manage relationship with MICE Agencies and Convention bureaus.Contribute to the strategy and planning activities of the Sales function.Seek proactive opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team.Negotiate room rates/packages with returning and future clients.Be commercial in all decision making, ensuring good return on all investments.Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.Assists the Sales Personnel in developing key account plans, detailing objectives, timescales and sales methods to support the defined account strategy.Feedback opportunities and issues regularly to the Director of Sales.When required attend events and relevant exhibitions.Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made, business leads and conversion statistics.Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.To be actively involved in preparation and participation in all relevant business activities and meetings and ensure actions are followed up.Requirements:Previous experience in MICE ( minimum 5 years)Knowledge of HospitalityPositive attitude and good communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsFluent in English and FrenchWhat We OfferAstable contract and competitive salarybased on experience, with the possibility of performance-related bonuses.Integration into a dynamic and growing hotel group.A collaborative work environment focused on professional development.Opportunities to participate in special projects, international trade fairs, and industry events.Discounts on stays and F&B services at our partner hotels.Note: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
