Overview As a Facility Management Expert, you will be part of Eniservizi.Specifically, your Real Estate & Technical Audit team oversees the Facility Management Area of San Donato Milanese.Main activitiesCarry out technical inspections aimed at surveying plant assets and detecting their state of consistency and conservationEnsure the implementation, by contracted contractors, of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on the assigned propertiesEnsure that the needs of employees located in buildings within the scope of competence are taken care of and managedManage relationships with a diverse range of external contractors for the provision of building maintenance, plant engineering, cleaning and porterage services, landscaping, environmental analysis, waste disposal, and engineering servicesEnsure the verification of financial offers, progress reports and final accounts of work orders assigned to contractorsManagement of employee moving initiatives and related activities for the adaptation / redevelopment of buildings or portions of buildingsEnsure compliance with regulatory compliance requirements for fire prevention, systems, and HSERequired characteristicsHigh school diploma in a technical field (surveyor, industrial expert, IT)At least 3 years of experience in technical management roles, preferably in the management of maintenance activitiesGood knowledge of the English languageWhat we offerPermanent employment contract; our national collective labor agreement and the Energy and Oil National Collective Bargaining AgreementCompensation commensurate with the person's experienceReward system and comprehensive program of benefits and welfare initiativesA work environment where everyone can feel recognized and appreciated for their uniquenessThe most promising candidates will be contacted for the next phaseFor information on the selection process and helpful tipsWho we areEni is an integrated energy company committed to the energy transition with concrete actions to achieve carbon neutrality by ****.The business model aims to create long-term value for all stakeholders, covering the entire energy value chain.Energy diversification and technological neutrality guide strategic choices on the decarbonization path, with the goal of a just and inclusive transition.#J-*****-Ljbffr
