OverviewThe Davines Group, founded in Parma in ****, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and [ comfort zone ] for skincare.Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village.The Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - are research centers focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute.The Group became a B corp in ****, and today has 9 offices, operates in 95 countries, and employs around 1,000 collaborators globally.Since ****, both the Italian and US subsidiaries have been Benefit Corporations.Job MissionAre you ready to make a meaningful impact?We're looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Haircare Division, while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.As our Marketplace Manager Haircare, you will execute our marketplace strategy and operations, ensuring our presence across key markets is optimized and aligned with our brand values.This role will partner closely with European markets, to develop a regional approach to managing our e-retailers/marketplaces.What You Will DoAccount Management & MaintenanceOwn and manage Seller Central accounts across multiple European countriesMaintain account health and resolve operational issues in coordination with agencyEnsure full compliance with marketplace policies and stay up to date on e-retail trends and platform updatesCreate, optimize, and maintain product listings, including content, keywords, images, and backend attributes and enhance the brand experienceContinuously test and refine content, pricing, and UX elements to drive traffic and conversionEnsure brand consistency, accurate content, and high discoverability across all SKUs in each marketMonitor and respond to customer reviews, ratings, and questions to protect and enhance brand reputationUpload new launches in a timely manner aligned with digital and local BU go-live datesMaintain a database of all product information and assetsCampaigns, Advertising & PromotionsPlan and execute marketing campaigns with respect to the local calendar in each respective market aligned with omnichannel strategy e.g. brand storeLead advertising initiatives across marketplaces in partnership with external agencyMonitor campaign ROI and refine tactics based on performance dataDemand Planning & Order ManagementForecast demand across EU marketplaces with agency using sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches to build accurate short- and long-term plansTranslate forecasts into SKU level stock and replenishment plans, aligning closely with agency and logistics teamOversee the full order lifecycle on EU marketplaces, ensuring orders are processed, confirmed, and shipped on time and in fullCommunicate about OOS / overstock situation and manage inventoryPerformance Analysis & ReportingAnalyse performance data to track sales, profitability, advertising impact, and operational efficiencyDeliver actionable insights and regular reports to drive continuous improvementLeverage customer insights and behavioural data to enhance the purchase journeyPrepare weekly reports for internal stakeholders across all marketplacesCross-function & Local BU CollaborationWork with local Business Units to align calendars, translations, omnichannel coordination, and reportingCollaborate with demand planning, logistics, and creative teams to align marketplace activity with broader business objectivesSupport logistics and finance on sales in and out reportingWork closely with the wider online team to share best practiceWork with Logistics team to review damage/packing issues to drive for change to improve the customer experienceAnswer customer care questions aimed at the manufacturer and build FAQ database for internal usage.Who You Are5+ years of experience in marketplaces within EuropeBachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Economics, Management, or similarStrong knowledge of tools and programmes such as Seller Central, VINE, FBAExperience in managing a business with P&L accountability and developing activation calendarsFluent in English is a mustAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally;
