Hardware Electronics Designer Engineer (Ref.XX****) Contract: Permanent contract Status: StaffCompany OverviewStellantis is a leading global automaker and mobility provider that offers clean, connected, affordable and safe mobility solutions.Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate.Our ambitious electrification and software strategies and the creation of an innovative ecosystem of strategic, game-changing partnerships are driving our transformation to a sustainable mobility tech company.The driving force behind us is the diverse and talented group of men and women around the world who bring their passion and experience to their work every day.And while we are a truly global organization, we remain deeply rooted in the communities in which we operate and where our colleagues live and work.Build your brand.Tell your story.Take advantage of a rare opportunity to start from the ground up and build something great.We are looking for technology game changers to lead Stellantis into a fundamental transformation within the automotive industry.Technology is going to disrupt the automotive industry significantly in the next decade and our organization is seeking high potential candidates to transform the company with a focus on the customer experience.Stellantis's Product Development & Technology Organization mission is to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology.Responsibilities- Design, develop ECU hardware schematics, Bill of Materials, and layouts of target hardware in line with the defined hardware, mechanical architecture and all external requirements applicable to hardware.- Ensure the proper HW development from bring-up to troubleshooting until reaching a qualified status.- Animate the design reviews for electronic design scope.- Ensure a robust design under worst-case calculations under the defined mission profiles.- Target the most efficient design leveraging a platform design.- Understand Stellantis Domain team requirements, project milestones, technology relevance.- Handle the hardware DFMEA, FM/DFA, and WCA to develop robust design solutions.- Responsible for the HIS documents and to define all activation timings at ECU levels.- Support on-demand SW teams for hardware perspective point of view.- Review and approve the design validation plans and drive the troubleshooting during design or qualification tests with hardware testing team.- Work closely with core hardware design engineers and cross-functional teams to execute and deliver.- Update continuous the lesson learn database and use it during the design reviews for firewall matters.- Collaborate in a Scaled Agile product delivery team, comprised of cross-functional company peers to continuously prioritize, refine, and deploy components.#LI-Hybrid #L1-BG1Basic Qualifications- Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent program.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic hardware development.- Strong teamwork, and good oral and written communication skills;
