Media Investment Accountability Manager

GroupM is looking for a Media Investment Accountability Manager who will join the Investments department at GroupM.The candidate will report directly to Head of Accountability and will follow the different areas of expertise.Main dutiesHe / She will be in charge of monitoring buying performance and dynamics, focusing on Benchmarking and Auditing Costs.He / She will be involved in the projects development to support new buying approaches related to the fast evolution contexts of the advertising market.More precisely :Monitoring of Clients Buying Performance, according to Cost CommitmentsAnalysis of KPI and Added ValueDevelopment of Accountability strategyManagement of Auditing and BenchmarkingMedia Buying Pitch managementContribution to Data Gathering and Data Automation developmentDevelopment of Reporting System and Monitoring Performance toolsThe Media Investment Accountability Manager will interface with all internal and external GroupM's stakeholders, with the Head of Investments and with the client leads of any GroupM agencies, as well as the main players in the market (advertising dealers and associations as UPA, UNA, FCP).Furthermore, he / she may be involved in the GroupM international relationships.QualificationsConsolidated and in-depth knowledge of the advertising market dynamicsKnowledge of all media and new digital trendsStrong analytical skills helpful to building insightsPrecision and eye to detailsStrong problem solving abilitiesGood abilities in communication and relationshipsStrong team workerLanguages & Technical skills :Fluent in English (spoken and written)Good knowledge of market softwares (Nielsen Aqx, Arianna, Mcs, Msoft)Good knowledge of Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)If you are eager to be part of our team, join the challengeYou will find a stimulating and collaborative environment and many internal training courses to improve your skillsLocationWPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working)We are proud to have a team made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and identities.We believe that this diversity is a strength.This position is also dedicated to people belonging to Categorie Protette ex l.*******#J-*****-Ljbffr
