We are looking for aSales Accountto strengthen our ambitious sales team in Milan, Italy.You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.Teltonika'snetworking solutions business unitdevelops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems.Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Sales Account to improve their sales skills, develop a comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.In this role, you will:Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Networks and its products with solutions.Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.Building and maintaining a CRM database.What we expect of you:2-3 years of proven excellence in a Sales Specialist/Sales Executive/Sales Representative or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.Have native or highly fluent Italian and good English language skills (both spoken and written).Ambition to generate substantial earnings by expanding Teltonika's presence in the Italian market with innovative products.Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills.Italian Driving license.What we offer:Benefit package consisting of unlimited commissions, based on your performance.Internal training for your successful start.Onboarding on Teltonika's internal systems, Sales process, and product-related topics; providing all necessary materials on an ongoing basis, assigning progress check-up tests, and giving you continuous feedback to unlock more of your potential.Unique opportunities to grow professionally by being part of a challenging and high-growth environment.Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.We celebrate achievements and enjoy team-building activities and other key events together.We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences.Gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €****** to €******, plus performance-based bonuses and €8/day meal vouchers.If you have questions, do not hesitate to contact our recruitment colleague Erik Guerrini, email:#J-*****-Ljbffr
