The Client is a global leader in energy efficient air treatment and climate solutions.Using innovative technologies, it creates the perfect climate for customers in a wide range of industries.The Committent has been defining the future of air treatment since ****.Today, around 3,100 employees carry out manufacturing and sales in more than 30 countries.The job interviews will be held in Italian language.The candidate will be part of the Research & Development team and will have the following responsibilities:Design and development of mechanical and aerodynamic parts (metal/plastic) for introduction into the product line using new and existing technologiesDevelop internal design knowledge for production standardization/modularizationCreation of bills of materials, operating instructions, CAD drawingsPropose new technologies, materials, and components to support new product development and existing product improvementsEssential requirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent, with a focus on fluid dynamic aspect of ventilation and on mechanical product design5-10 years of experience in fluid dynamic and mechanical designExcellent knowledge of Italian, both spoken and writtenGood knowledge of English, both spoken and writtenAvailable to work primarily on-site and short-to-medium-term travel to environments such as livestock farms and/or greenhousesContractual conditionsPermanent contractSmart working 4 days per monthCompensation package defined based on the selected candidate's skills
