The Committent has been defining the future of air treatment since ****. Today, around 3,100 employees carry out manufacturing and sales in more than 30 countries. The job interviews will be held in Italian language. The candidate will be part of the Research & Development team and will have the following responsibilities: Design and development of mechanical and aerodynamic parts (metal/plastic) for introduction into the product line using new and existing technologies Develop internal design knowledge for production standardization/modularization Creation of bills of materials, operating instructions, CAD drawings Propose new technologies, materials, and components to support new product development and existing product improvements Essential requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent, with a focus on fluid dynamic aspect of ventilation and on mechanical product design 5-10 years of experience in fluid dynamic and mechanical design Excellent knowledge of Italian, both spoken and written Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Available to work primarily on-site and short-to-medium-term travel to environments such as livestock farms and/or greenhouses Contractual conditions Permanent contract Smart working 4 days per month Compensation package defined based on the selected candidate's skills
