Randstad divisione Inhouse ricerca per realtà metalmeccanica internazionale attiva nel settore del Fashion & Luxury sita in Villaverla (VI) un Impiegato/a customer service.Si offre contratto full-time diretto con azienda.Retribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€esperienzada 3 a 5 anniLa risorsa inserita all'interno del team Customer Support avrà il compito di:- Essere interfaccia con i clienti (brand moda lusso internazionali) interagendo in modo proattivo via mail/telefono/di persona.- Raccogliere i brief e le informazioni del cliente per l'avvio dei progetti di nuovi sviluppi.- Interfacciarsi con tutte le funzioni aziendali per raccogliere le informazioni e tenere puntualmenteaggiornati i clienti sullo stato di avanzamento dei progetti e delle spedizioni.In particolare, interagire con Ufficio Tecnico e Supply Chain.- Essere parte attiva nella gestione e risoluzione di eventuali problemi e risposta al cliente.- Redigere offerte prezzo sulla base delle informazioni ricevute dal Costing.- Gestire autonomamente le attività di customer care relative all'attività commerciale con il cliente e reportistica sul business.- Gestire le informazioni sulle piattaforme online dei clienti.Si richiede:- Laurea in Lingue Straniere/Marketing/Economia.- Esperienza in posizione simile/Customer Care in aziende manifatturiere altamente dinamiche (preferenziale Fashion Industry).- Ottima conoscenza della lingua francese e inglese.- Flessibilità e ottime capacità di problem solving.- Ottima capacità relazionali e di comunicazione verbale e scritta.- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel.Benefit: buoni pasto giornalieri, smart workingLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad (/) ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).
