Main purposeAs Front Desk Manager you will be one of our Ambassadors of Excellence. Quality and guest care will be your main focus. You will be responsible for the operations of our Front Office, ensuring the highest service standards. You will support, coordinate and develop the department's team members to exceed guests' expectations.
