ReLife Spa è un global partner per l'Economia Circolare in forte crescita ed evoluzione.Realtà moderna e in fase di sviluppo organizzativo, con un approccio a 360 gradi nel mondo dell'Economia Circolare, con i suoi ormai **** dipendenti, fonda la propria filosofia sulla trasformazione dei rifiuti di principali materiali recuperabili in nuovi imballaggi per il ciclo industriale, con relativa minimizzazione dello smaltimento dei rifiuti, a favore delle realtà industriali e di aziende multiutility.Per il Gruppo seleziona, un Organization, Development & Training Manager che, a diretto riporto del Group HR Director, contribuirà a definire e implementare la strategia di sviluppo organizzativo e people development, contribuendo in modo diretto all'evoluzione del business.Le principali responsabilità saranno le seguenti:· Definire e presidiare il modello organizzativo aziendale· Guidare progetti di change management e trasformazione organizzativa· Gestire sistemi di valutazione delle competenze, job architecture e percorsi di carriera· Definire e attuare le strategie formative (manageriali, leadership, specialistiche)· Gestire budget, KPI e partnership con consulenti ed enti di formazioneRequisiti richiesti:· Laurea magistrale; Master in ambito HR/Organizzazione gradito· Esperienza di 8–10 anni in ruoli di responsabilità in grandi aziende o gruppi complessi· Solida conoscenza di organizzazione aziendale, HR development e talent management· Leadership, visione strategica e team workingSede di lavoro: Genova.
