Location Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type On-site Start Date 8 January ****Position OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to support clients using our products and services.The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools.This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine interest in digital marketing/web design, and the ability to deliver high-quality support in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotational Shifts)Two consecutive days off: Saturday and SundayUber reimbursement up to 25 per day for early shifts starting at 06:00 to support commutingOn-site PresenceIn Lisbon Is Required.Contract TypeCDD 6-month fixed-term contractCompensation PackageCompetitive base salary + Performance bonusshared accommodation providedmeal allowance per working dayCandidate Requirements (Mandatory)Has experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web designIs enthusiastic and passionate about the digital/web environmentIs fluent in German and proficient in EnglishDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills and customer-service orientationIs comfortable working in rotating shifts (within daytime hours)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support for clients through multiple communication channelsAssist users with website creation tools, digital marketing features, and account-related inquiriesTroubleshoot issues related to website setup, functionality, and optimizationGuide customers in best practices regarding web presence and digital marketing strategyEnsure accurate documentation of cases and adherence to internal processesCollaborate with internal teams for escalations and product improvementsMaintain a high level of knowledge about platform features and updatesWhy Join the TeamOpportunity to work in a creative, tech-driven environmentExposure to digital marketing and web design industriesCompetitive salary + performance incentivesWeekends free (Saturday & Sunday off)Support for commuting during early shifts#J-*****-Ljbffr
