German speaking Customer Service Specialist – L...Rome, Metropolitan City of Rome Capital, ItalyStart Date: 8 January ****Location: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteContract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD – 6 months)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday : 06:*******:00 (rotational shifts)Days off: Saturday & SundayUber support up to ***** € for early shifts starting at 06:00Role OverviewWe are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform.This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brand's voice consistently and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issuesHandle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channelsAdapt tone and communication style for both private and public channelsManage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processesDocument all interactions accurately in internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure high service qualityCandidate RequirementsNative-level GermanEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherMandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web designStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environmentNice to have: experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)Nice to have: technical troubleshooting backgroundCompensationPerformance bonus: 180 € for 12 monthsMeal allowance: 7.23 € net per working dayBenefits & RelocationHealth insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution.Fully covered by the employer after 6 months.Relocation package included; details will be shared in the next step.WorkplaceCountry: PortugalOffice-based role in LisbonInternational and supportive working environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
