AGAP2 è un gruppo europeo di consulenza ingegneristica parte del gruppoMoOngy.RuoloSiamo alla ricerca di unPE/Stress Analysis Engineerper un supporto tecnico-operativo allo sviluppo di giostre rotanti e macchine complesse, affiancando il Ride Project Engineer nelle attività di progettazione, coordinamento e avanzamento commessa, nel rispetto di tempi, qualità e budget.ResponsabilitàSupporto alla pianificazione e al coordinamento del team di progetto (stress analysis, progettazione meccanica, creative, sistemi di controllo), monitorando avanzamenti, tempi e criticità.Collaborazione con Procurement & Purchasing per la raccolta requisiti tecnici, la preparazione della documentazione e la valutazione preliminare di fornitori e componenti critici.Interfaccia tecnica con i fornitori, incluse visite in loco per verifica di qualità produttiva e rispetto delle tempistiche.Supporto alla gestione della tematizzazione del prodotto, facilitando il dialogo tra progettazione meccanica e reparto creativo.Revisione preliminare dei disegni tecnici e verifica di coerenza, completezza e tempistiche prima della validazione finale.Contributo allo sviluppo tecnico del progetto tramite raccolta dati, calcoli preliminari, aggiornamento analisi dei rischi e verifica del fascicolo tecnico.Analisi delle tecnologie produttive per proporre soluzioni ottimizzate in termini di costi, tempi e qualità.Preparazione e controllo della distinta base (BOM) in collaborazione con i progettisti meccanici.Redazione e supporto alla documentazione tecnica (specifiche di acquisto, istruzioni qualità, specifiche di assemblaggio, FAT/SAT).Supporto al Project Manager nelle relazioni con clienti ed enti terzi tramite report tecnici e documenti di avanzamento.Gestione preliminare delle anomalie tecniche e interfaccia con il Service durante il periodo di garanzia.CompetenzeProgettazione meccanica e conoscenza degli organi macchinaAnalisi strutturale (manuale, FEM, multibody) Coordinamento tecnico cross-funzionaleLettura normativa (EN *****) Problem solving e gestione delle prioritàAutoCAD, Inventor, sistemi PDM, MRP, Microsoft Project/Planner/ExcelThe world needs youAGAP2 è un equal opportunities employer: crediamo che tutte le forme di diversità siano fonte di arricchimento reciproco.Ci impegniamo a garantire un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, nel quale ogni singola risorsa possa apportare un valore unico alla nostra realtà.Pertanto, accogliamo candidature senza distinzione di età, genere, nazionalità, disabilità, orientamento sessuale, religione o stato civile.Inoltre, teniamo fede ai nostri impegni prestando attenzione alle risorse appartenenti alle categorie protette ai sensi degli articoli 1 e 18 della L. *****.I dati personali saranno trattati in conformità alle disposizioni contenute nel regolamento UE ********.
