SOA Risorse Umane, società di Ricerca e Selezione del gruppo Bonfiglioli Consulting è alla ricerca per importante azienda del settore automazioni industriali di un PRODUCT LINE LEADER. Informazioni sul ruolo Il Product Line Leader sarà responsabile della gestione completa della linea di prodotto assegnata, riportando al Mechanical Engineering Manager. Responsabilità Gestione e Sviluppo di Prodotto Supporto Commerciale : Supportare il Sales Engineering nella definizione delle configurazioni dei prodotti e nella stesura delle specifiche tecniche pre-ordine. Innovazione : Proporre al Mechanical Engineering Manager e al Sales Engineering soluzioni per il miglioramento del prodotto (evoluzione tecnologica, standardizzazione e configurabilità della distinta macchina). Analisi Preliminari : Partecipare attivamente all'analisi preliminare del capitolato tecnico, al Kick-off di commessa e alla Lesson Learned di chiusura. Documentazione : Garantire la messa a punto del fascicolo tecnico (avvalendosi del supporto di consulenti interni / esterni per la sicurezza) e collaborare allo sviluppo delle istruzioni di montaggio e collaudo. Coordinamento Progettuale Pianificazione Risorse : Valutare insieme al Mechanical Engineering Manager le risorse di progettazione meccanica (interne ed esterne) da assegnare ai progetti di propria competenza. Monitoraggio : Monitorare le attività delle risorse assegnate e il rispetto delle tempistiche di progettazione meccanica di commessa. Team Trasversale : Coordinare e collaborare con il team trasversale di progetto (progettisti delle altre aree) per definire le soluzioni tecniche di interfaccia. Interfaccia : Mantenere un costante rapporto con il Project Manager e il Production Planner. Supporto Tecnico : Garantire il necessario supporto in fase di commissioning (avviamento). Qualifiche Formazione : Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica. Esperienza : Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione meccanica applicata a macchinari industriali. Competenze richieste Ottima Conoscenza del software di progettazione meccanica 3D (specificare il software utilizzato). Comprovata capacità di dimensionamento e scelta della componentistica meccanica. Eccellente capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico. Lingue : Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese. Assunzione con contratto a tempo indeterminato. Retribuzione competitiva, commisurata all'esperienza e al ruolo.
