Profilo Per importante azienda internazionale, specializzatanello sviluppo, nell'ingegneria e nel procurement di progetti di energiarinnovabile di media e grande scala a livello globale, il team di AdeccoExplora, ricerca una figura da inserire in qualità diLand AcquisitionManagera tempo pieno (è richiesto un background ingegneristico) persupportare lo sviluppo di progetti di energia rinnovabile in SiciliaResponsabilitàIndividuare e valutare terreni idonei allo sviluppo di progetti di energia rinnovabile.Valutare le caratteristiche dei terreni applicando criteri ingegneristici (morfologia, accessibilità, prossimità alla rete, vincoli ambientali, ecc.).Collaborare con i team di ingegneria interni per validare la fattibilità tecnica.Stabilire e mantenere solide relazioni con proprietari terrieri, autorità locali e stakeholder della comunità.Negoziare contratti di locazione o acquisto dei terreni in linea con le linee guida aziendali.Supportare i processi autorizzativi fornendo input tecnici e coordinandosi con i consulenti.Garantire l'accuratezza della documentazione e la conformità alle normative locali.Preparare report periodici di avanzamento e contribuire alle valutazioni di rischi e opportunitàSkill e ProfessionalitàResidenza in Sicilia (obbligatoria).Laurea triennale o magistrale in ingegneria (Civile, Elettrica, Ambientale, Energetica o affini).Solida comprensione tecnica della valutazione dei siti per progetti PV/BESS/H2.Eccellente capacità di negoziazione, comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder.Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire più attività contemporaneamente.La conoscenza della normativa territoriale e delle procedure amministrative costituisce un plus.Patente di guida valida e disponibilità a spostarsi sul territorio siciliano.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana; la conoscenza dell'inglese è un plus.Informazioni AggiuntiveLa retribuzione sarà definita insieme al/alla candidato/a in base all'esperienza e alle qualifiche.I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs.********, D.lgs ******** e D.lgs ********, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. ********).ATTENZIONE: Abbiamo rilevato la presenza in rete di molti annunci falsi; prendi visione dei nostri consigli per riconoscere i tentativi di truffa sulla pagina dedicata al phishing su adecco.it.Adecco Italia S.p.A.
