Aquila Clean Energy EMEA is a developer of integrated & hybrid clean energy solutions and an independent power producer.We deliver affordable clean energy to European consumers through innovative, technology enabled solutions.Since ****, we've developed and operated renewable energy projects, bringing over 2.5 GW to commercial operation.We manage an advanced development and construction pipeline consisting of over 13 GW in solar PV, onshore wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across 13 European countries.At Aquila Clean Energy EMEA, we are committed to the energy transition in Southern Europe, developing innovative solar and wind energy projects.If you are passionate about renewable energy and ready to face challenging tasks in an international environment, we want to meet youFor our office in Milan, we are looking for a Project Development Manager.What will you do day-to-day?Manage the activities of obtaining RTB – ready to build - status for late-stage projects (VIA and AU obtained).Ensure all necessary permissions and permissions up to ready-to-build status.In particular: VdO (Verifica di ottemperanza) and all the required Secondary Authorizations.Manage co-development contracts and relationships with external developers or external engineering companies to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries, while adhering to company guidelines and policies.Manage relationships with stakeholders: Public Authorities, Landowners, Grid operators, etc.Discussion and agreement of technical and commercial specifics internally.Monitor project delivery times and implement best practices.Create and maintain project reporting.Ensure a structured documentation archive.Collaborate with internal functions (Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, Construction etc.) in order to successfully develop the assigned projects and in accordance with group procedures and guidelines.Follow the authorization procedure of the projects, relating constructively with the Authorities and the territory.Support the internal functions for the drafting of EPC and O&M contracts for the construction and maintenance of the plant.Support the investment and M&A team on specific aspects of due diligence and acquisition documentation.Ensure constant updating about regulatory and authorization frameworks at regional and national level.What are we looking for?Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Electrical, Civil etc.) or Architecture.Previous experience in energy sector minimum 3 years.Experience in the evaluation of territorial planning tools (Regional and National) and authorization legislation in the field of renewable energy.Knowledge of the legislation concerning connections to the national electricity grid and of the procedural aspects of connection process management (TICA, STMG, STMD, Sharing Agreements etc.Well-developed intercultural and communication skills.Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Google Earth, basic knowledge of PVsyst and AutoCAD.Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.Your future at Aquila Clean Energy EMEAAt Aquila Clean Energy EMEA, we don't just develop sustainable projects; we focus on creating an environment where talent and innovation merge to achieve great things.We offer an inclusive workplace, professional growth opportunities, and a strong focus on employee well-being.JOIN US AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE ENERGY TRANSITIONIf you're a leader passionate about renewable energy and want to be part of a company shaping the future, we look forward to receiving your application#J-*****-Ljbffr
