We're looking for a motivatedCRM Specialistto support the implementation and execution of our CRM & Clienteling roadmap across brands and regions.In this role, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams to deliver data-driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.What you'll do:Execute CRM and marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and clienteling channels.Manage audience segmentation, data accuracy, and customer database quality.Support the setup and operation of theClienteling AppandPersonal Shopperprograms.Track campaign KPIs and identify actionable opportunities to improve performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent omnichannel experiences.Contribute to CRM reporting, dashboards, and best practices documentation.What we're looking for:1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar).Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a problem-solving attitude.Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML is considered an advantage.What we offer:Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects.Be part of the young (31 on average) and international (30 nationalities) #TLG People Team and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
