We're looking for a motivated CRM Specialistto support the implementation and execution of our CRM & Clienteling roadmap across brands and regions. In this role, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Digital teams to deliver data-driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.

What you'll do:

  • Execute CRM and marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and clienteling channels.

  • Manage audience segmentation, data accuracy, and customer database quality.

  • Support the setup and operation of the Clienteling Appand Personal Shopperprograms.

  • Track campaign KPIs and identify actionable opportunities to improve performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent omnichannel experiences.

  • Contribute to CRM reporting, dashboards, and best practices documentation.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.

  • Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar).

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML is considered an advantage.
