Senior Export Manager – Leading Dermocosmetic GroupJoin a prestigious, internationally recognized leader in the dermocosmetic industry and play a key role in driving its global expansion.Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing dermocosmetic group, is seeking an experienced Senior Export Manager to lead international market development and strengthen its worldwide distribution network.Your RoleReporting directly to the Business Unit Manager and the Management Board, you will have full ownership of international business performance under the distribution model.Strategic Market DevelopmentDrive expansion into new international markets through sustainable, long-term distribution partnershipsIdentify, select, and develop high-quality distributors aligned with the brand's premium positioningStructure innovative commercial and contractual frameworks to support long-term growthBusiness Ownership & Financial ManagementFull P&L responsibility for assigned international marketsDefine and manage export pricing, forecasts, budgets, margins, and commercial termsLead negotiations and finalize Term Sheets and distribution agreementsRelationship Management & GrowthBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributorsMonitor market performance and implement corrective actions where neededAct as a key interface with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific stakeholders in the medical communityWhat We're Looking ForEssential ExperienceProven international experience within dermocosmetics, pharmaceuticals, biomedical, or medical-scientific sectorsSolid background in distribution-based business modelsAvailability for regular international travel across Europe, South & Central America, and the Middle EastKey CompetenciesFluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusStrong strategic mindset with high decision-making autonomyExcellent negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skillsStrong commercial acumen and hands-on P&L management experienceWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation package aligned with experience and seniorityHigh-impact role with direct exposure to top managementOpportunity to shape and lead international strategy for a premium global brandEntrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with strong growth potentialCompensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.#J-*****-Ljbffr
