Per il nostro team di brand Selle Royal in Italia, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Product Manager, responsabile della gamma di prodotti e si occupa di avviare progetti di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, dopo aver condotto ricerche di mercato.LE TUE RESPONSABILITÀCondurre analisi di mercato, monitorando i competitors, definendo i trend in merito a tecnologie, specifiche di prodotto e design;Essere responsabile della USP di prodotto e di generare i requisiti di prodotto con le sue specifiche, nonché di supportare nella definizione del pricing e del calendario di go to market;Condurre annualmente l'analisi quantitativa e qualitativa delle gamme del brand di tutti i canali di vendita;Fare ricerca per reperire nuove tecnologie e materiali innovativi, analizzare potenziali partnership di design e manufacturing, in linea con il brand;Essere responsabile della definizione e implementazione della strategia di prodotto per il brand;Impostare il product plan globale ed identificare le opportunità di nuovi prodotti coerenti con la strategia di brand e di prodotto e supportare i referenti in Cina ed in Brasile per la definizione ed implementazione del piano prodotto nei rispettivi siti locali;Definire la gamma di prodotto annuale, secondo le evoluzioni di mercato e dei bisogni dei consumatori, in linea con il posizionamento di brand;Coordinare il processo di design con i designers interni ed esterni;Coordinare, insieme al team R&D ed al Brand Manager, il budget degli investimenti di prodotto;Essere il responsabile dei de-brief ai team R&D, Design, Industrializzazione sulle evoluzioni di sviluppo prodotto, mantenendo relazioni inter-dipartimentali con tutte le funzioni che devono assicurare la riuscita del progetto in tutto il processo NPD;Creare MRDs e PRDs (market e product requirements documents);Contribuire e partecipare ai programmi di testing dei nuovi prodotti e gestire le relazioni con gli atleti/squadre sponsorizzate dal punto di vista del prodotto;Definire, insieme ai responsabili di business AM e OEM, la strategia di pricing dei prodotti;Cooperare, con il dipartimento marketing, per la definizione della comunicazione di prodotto (product manuals, packaging, technical info, ...) e partecipare attivamente alla definizione del piano di go to market;Gestire la formazione/informazione periodica di prodotto alla forza vendita;Partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore.LE TUE COMPETENZEGestione del flusso di prodotto e del rispettivo go to market;Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;Lingua inglese fluente (B2-C1);Comunicazione interculturale e interpersonale;Time & Project Management;Analisi e problem solving.IL TUO PERCORSOLaurea Triennale o Magistrale in ambito Economico/Marketing/Management o simili;Esperienza di 5-10 anni in ruoli di Product Management o Development e dei rispettivi processi/strumenti in aziende internazionali di brand con produzione;Passione per il mondo e prodotto sportivo/outdoor è un plus.Tutte le informazioni e i dati forniti saranno trattati in ottemperanza alla legislazione vigente in materia di trattamento dei dati personali ai sensi del Regolamento europeo ******** ("GDPR").La ricerca si intende rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi (L. ******).#J-*****-Ljbffr
