Social network you want to login/join with:ESS Service Products Sales Engineer, Bolzano Client: Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., LimitedLocation: BolzanoJob Category: OtherEU work permit required: YesJob Reference:Job Views: 3Posted:Expiry Date:Job Description: About CATLCATL invites you to continue our legend of green energyCATL is a Fortune 300 company and a global leader in EV batteries and energy storage solutions.Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Address customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.Track performance metrics like revenue and margins.Use CRM tools for sales activity management.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams.Provide field feedback for product and service improvements.Lead and motivate the sales team, set KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.Strong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations.Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; multilingual skills are a plus.Ability to accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.#J-*****-Ljbffr
